Easy Weight Loss Diet Plan of 7 Days with Watermelon

Watermelon mainly consists of water. This article will share a diet plan for 7 days using watermelon for weight loss. The breakfast will remain the same for 7 days.

BREAKFAST for 7 days

A slice of watermelon, 50 g of toasted bread (2 slices), and a cup of tea or coffee sweetened with honey.

First Day

Lunch:

100 g of boiled chicken meat, 100 g of boiled rice, tomato sauce, and a slice of watermelon for dessert. Chicken is lean meat, and to boil it, add spices (pepper, allspice, bay). Tomato sauce is obtained as follows: Wash 2-3 tomatoes, cut them into cubes, and boil water with 2-3 drops of oil and spices (salt, thyme, pepper, and bay).

Dinner:

50 g of cheese, a slice of toasted bread, and watermelon.

Second Day

Lunch:

One slice of toasted bread, 50 g of chicken or cooked turkey, and a slice of watermelon.

Dinner:

100 g of fish, boiled or grilled, a slice of toasted bread, and a watermelon.

Third Day

Lunch:

50 g of spaghetti with tomato sauce and grated cheese. For dessert, watermelon ate their fill.

Dinner:

300 g of salad vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, onions, and lettuce) and a slice of watermelon. The salad can add a teaspoon of olive oil and salt, but without exaggeration, because salt retains water in the body.

Fourth Day

Lunch:

A bowl of soup, cream of vegetables and croutons, 50 g of boiled chicken, a slice of toasted bread, and a slice of watermelon.

Dinner:

150 g potatoes, cheese, and green rice. For dessert, watermelon to eat their fill.

Fifth Day

Lunch:

50 g of cooked beef, sauteed mushrooms, and any quantity of watermelon. Saute mushrooms are prepared as follows: 200 g of mushrooms cleaned and washed and sliced. Boil 10 minutes in water with salt. Seventh Day

Lunch:

100 g white cabbage salad, 100 g of cooked or grilled chicken breast, and a slice of watermelon.

Dinner:

a cheese slice, a slice of toasted bread, and 300 g of fruit salad. Fruit Salad: a slice of watermelon, a peach half, and a slice of melon. You can sprinkle salad with a tablespoon of rum.

Eigth Day

Lunch:

30 g of boiled rice, sauteed mushrooms (made in the recipe above), and tomato sauce.

Dinner:

A slice of watermelon.
Along with 200 g of fried zucchini, a slice of toasted bread, and a slice of watermelon. Fried zucchini is made using the following recipe: one medium zucchini (200 g), washed, peeled, and cut into washers. Sprinkle a pinch of salt over them and leave for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare a composition that you will give before you make a toast: beat two eggs with a little flour and spices. It will be put in a frying pan with well-heated Teflon, with a small drop of oil. After roasting, place in a bowl and pour sauce over them and greenery.

Ninth Day

Lunch:

150 g of potatoes over the greens, sprinkle some cheese, add 150 g of boiled chicken, and add a slice of watermelon.

Dinner:

300 g white cabbage salad with tomato, dill, a little oil, and salt. Watermelon eaten ad libitum.

Tenth Day

Lunch:

100 g boiled rice 150 g of grilled fish and a slice of watermelon.

Dinner:

50 grams of cheese, a slice of toast, and watermelon at its discretion.

Conclusion

The diet must be closely associated with the movement. Drink 1.5 to 2 liters of liquid daily (unsweetened herbal teas, water with lemon, and fruit juices without sweeteners). Also, try, whenever possible, to have dinner before six o’clock in the evening.
